Leadership Fellows Program

 What is it?

The Leadership Fellows Program gives selected seniors the opportunity to more fully explore leadership, and to learn more about their own leadership style. Participants will participate in leadership activities with various leaders from local organizations. In addition, participants will engage in a one-on-one mentoring relationship with a manager from State Farm. Students will also complete a behavioral self-assessment and receive expert feedback regarding their style and the implications for leadership.  More information about the Leadership Fellows Program
