This year, the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) teams joined forces to for a Business Week event. CSR involves taking responsibility for a company's actions and promoting a positive impact on society through initiatives with consumers, employees, communities, stakeholders, and the environment. EDI focuses on creating a workplace and society where everyone has equal opportunities, fair treatment, and feels included. Together, this collaboration between CSR and EDI results in an exceptional event, aligning seamlessly with the objectives and goals of Business Week in a way that is both engaging and informative.
