Management - Organizational Leadership
The minor in Organizational Leadership helps students develop interpersonal and team skills, as well as further develop leadership experience. The program assists in preparing students for leadership roles within their chosen profession, either within profit or not-for-profit agencies. Courses in this curriculum focus on the field of organizational behavior and leadership by analyzing theoretical and practical approaches to studying management.

The study of Organizational Leadership observes the changing demands on individuals in a leadership position, and how those individuals respond to changes while maintaining structure and team-productivity.

The Organizational Leadership minor can only be declared by current College of Business majors. To apply, please stop by the College of Business Advisement Center (SFHB 129) to complete the application.
