Biography
Dr. Faezeh (Mehr) Amirkamali is an Assistant Professor of Management at Illinois State University’s College of Business. She received her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she specialized in organizational behavior and human resource management.
Her research focuses on work–life boundary management, work–life balance, the integration of artificial intelligence in human resource management, and cultural and individual values. Her work has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Amirkamali has taught a range of undergraduate and MBA courses, including human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational change, and research methods. She is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment that emphasizes applied learning and the thoughtful use of emerging technologies.
