Biography
Dr. Mehr (Faezeh) Amirkamali is an Assistant Professor of Management at Illinois State University’s College of Business. She received her PhD in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from the University of Texas at Arlington, where she focused on organizational behavior and human resource management.
Her primary research interests include Work-Life Boundary Management, Work-Life Balance, the Integration of Technology and Artificial Intelligence in HRM Practices, and Cultural and Individual Values. Her research has been published in the Journal of Organizational Behavior, the Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior, and the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.
Dr. Amirkamali has taught undergraduate and MBA courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, organizational change, and research methods. She is committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, emphasizing applied learning and the use of emerging technologies in her teaching.
