Graduate of Illinois State University, BS in Agriculture & Western Illinois University, MS in Administration.
Worked 30 years for GROWMARK, Inc a multibillion dollar agriculture supplier, 15 years as director of employee development. Owner of RRWills Training & Consulting for nearly 40 years.
