Katie School CPCU Symposium
The 12th Annual Katie School/CPCU Symposium will take place beginning the evening of April 15 and continuing April 16 and April 17.
The purpose of the Katie School/CPCU Symposium is to provide an opportunity for students, academics, and industry to learn about emerging issues facing the insurance industry that may impact the next generation of industry professionals. This will be a hybrid event with some parts of the program taking place in-person, and some taking place both online and in-person on the campus of Illinois State University.
This year’s theme is “Futureproof | Embracing Innovation in Insurance.”
Sign-ups for IN-PERSON Sessions (Monday evening and lunches on April 16 - 17) will be handled by CPCU Central IL chapter for industry professionals.

Event is a mixer of students, faculty, staff, and industry professionals at Bone Student Center from 5-7pm. Dinner will be provided assuming you register by April 1st. The evening will also feature keynote speaker Haden Kirkpatrick, VP of Innovation and Venture Capital at State Farm.
