Julie Bean

Julie Bean, Risk Management for Chamberlain Group

Julie Bean is currently the Head of eaHeRisk Management for Chamberlain Group, a global leader in smart access solutions across residential and commercial properties.  Located in Oak Brook, IL, she has direct responsibility for all risk management functions across the operating companies, which employ over 6,000 people worldwide with facilities located in North America, Europe, and Asia & the Pacific. 

In addition, Julie is responsible for the company’s Business Continuity Program.  Prior to joining Chamberlain, Julie held the position of Manager, Risk Financing with The ServiceMaster Company. She received her undergraduate in Marketing and English from North Central College in Naperville, IL and holds both the Associate in Risk Management professional designation as well as the Certified Risk Manager certification.  Julie has been actively involved in the local Chicago RIMS chapter throughout her career, most recently serving as the chapter President.  She has also chaired the RIMS Society Member and Chapter Services Committee.

Bryon Ehrhart

Bryon Ehrhart is Global Head of Strategic Growth & Development for Aon.  He has led Aon’s global growth and development for the past three years.

In past roles he led Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions as CEO of: the Americas, Global Reinsurance Analytics and Aon’s Investment Bank. He joined Aon in 1994 after eight years in public accounting and consulting with Coopers & Lybrand (merged into PwC).

Tim Fletcher

Tim Fletcher, J.D., CPCU, Gen Re's Senior Emerging Issues Specialist and a Vice President.

Tim Fletcher, J.D., CPCU, is Gen Re's Senior Emerging Issues Specialist and a Vice President. He heads the company’s Emerging Issues unit, drawing from years of experience and a wide range of responsibilities to identify emerging risks and exposures to Gen Re clients and internal colleagues.

Tim is a past President of the Atlanta CPCU Chapter and currently serves as Chapter Governor for the Upper South Region. In addition, he is a guest lecturer on Risk Management and (Re)Insurance at Georgia State University. Tim holds a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Journalism) from the University of Minnesota.

Janet Jordan-Foster

Janet Jordan-Foster, Executive Vice President and Head of Primary Casualty Insurance for AXIS Insurance. 

Janet Jordan-Foster is Executive Vice President and Head of Primary Casualty Insurance for AXIS Insurance.  Janet has a career that spans more than 3 decades in the insurance industry and is currently the Head of AXIS’ Primary Casualty Unit in the United States.

Janet has extensive underwriting and management experience and joined AXIS in 2007 after having held underwriting management positions at Zurich Financial Services and Home Insurance Companies. She is a also a member of the AXIS Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI) Council. Across the industry, Janet holds several leadership roles within organizations that aim to advance DEI in insurance and reinsurance. She is the immediate past Chair for The National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) and currently sits on the Boards of the Wholesale & Specialty Insurance Association (WSIA) Diversity Foundation and the APIW. 

In 2020, she was included in the Insurance Business Global 100 list, which highlights industry leaders who drive positive change and demonstrate outstanding leadership. In 2022, she was also named as one of Insurance Business America’s Hot 100, which honors industry executives for their innovation, leadership, and expertise. In 2023, she was honored as the APIW Woman of the Year.
