Camilla Blacha

Hello! My name is Camilla Blacha, and I’m a Junior majoring in Marketing sequenced in Integrated Marketing Communications. I’m from Bartlett, Illinois and I’m happy to be on the team again for my second year.

Outside of the COB Social Media Team, I work as the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator at Redbird Esports through Campus Recreation. As for Registered Student Organizations (RSO), I’m the Director of Social Media for Women in Business for the Fall 2025 semester.  Also, it will be my third year as part of the Business Week Mentor Program.  Finally, I am President of Redbird Gaming, which is also one of the largest RSOs at Illinois State.

I aspire to pursue a career in digital marketing when I graduate as I’ve always been drawn to the creative side of developing advertising campaigns and producing engaging content for social media.

In my free time, I like to create art, occasionally play video games, hang out with friends and go to the gym. You’ll most likely see me around on campus, at the Esports arena or in the College of Business.

 

Alejandra Caballero

Hi Everyone! My name is Alejandra Caballero. I am from Streamwood, Illinois. I am a junior majoring in International Business with a sequence in Integrated Marketing Communications. This is my second year in the social media team. 

Currently I am the President of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi, where I have also served as the Co-Rush chair  and Diveristy, Equity and Inclusion Chair. Outside of school you can catch me sitting in the Quad or The Bone listening to music and hanging with my friends.

I am so excited for this year and being able to showcase eveything the College of Business has to offer to the students.

Joey Connolly

Hi everyone, my name is Joey Connolly and I am currently a Junior Risk Management & Insurance major.

On campus I’m involved within Phi Gamma Nu, and Gamma Iota Sigma
Outside of class I love trying new food, riding bikes, and watching movies.

Rachel Fadahunsi

Hi! I’m Rachel and I am a current senior majoring in Marketing with a sequence in IMC.

I am originally from Woodstock and so excited for you to see our creative posts on our socials!

Brandon Hill

Hey! My name is Brandon Hill. I'm a Senior of Business Administration from East Dubuque, Illinois.

Aside from the Social Media Team, I am a member of the Sports Marketing Student Association,  work in the College of Business Advising Center, and play Drums, Piano, and Guitar. I also love sports and have been on Illinois State University's Ultimate Frisbee team all four years. 

I can't wait to collaborate with my team members and create some truly unique and entertaining content for the College of Business.  See you around.

Kailey Johnson

Hi everyone! My name is Kailey Johnson. I am from Washington, Illinois. I am a Junior majoring in Integrated Marketing and Communications and Advanced Marketing Analytics. I am excited to join the Social Media Team and hope to pursue a career in Social Media Marketing in the future.

Outside of the Social Media Team, I am the Vice President of Marketing for Business Week, a member of Women in Business, a member of Delta Sigma Pi, and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. 

In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and pickleball, spending time outside, reading, and spending time with my friends and family. I am excited to work with new people in the College of Business and am looking forward to a great junior year.

 

Janelle Perez

Hey there! My name is Janelle. I am a sophomore majoring in Marketing with a sequence in advanced marketing analytics and a minor in Economics. I am from Carol Stream Illinois.  This is my first year on the COB social media team!

Outside of this role, I am serving as the Director of Video Operations for Women in Business, and I am the Director of Academic Affairs for my sorority Alpha Delta Pi.

I have always known that marketing is something that I’ve wanted to ever since I could remember since I’ve always enjoyed video editing, photography, art, and have always seen myself as a very creative person.

Outside of School I love going to concerts, baking, drawing, watching movies, playing volleyball, and spending time with my friends and family. I love meeting new people so if you ever see me on campus don’t be afraid to say hi.

Ryan Russell

Hi everyone! My name is Ryan Russell. I am from a small town outside Peoria, Illinois called Metamora. I am a Senior majoring in Marketing with a sequence in Professional Sales and a minor in Organizational Leadership.

Outside of the social media team, I am involved in multiple organizations on campus. I am the Treasurer of Sigma Pi Fraternity. I am also the President of the Interfraternity Council. Additionally, I am the Student Trustee on the Board of Trustees. 

In my free time I love to be around friends. I am extroverted so we could be doing anything, but as long as I am around others, I am having a good time. I am excited for this school year to get going and I wish everyone the best of luck this school year.

Jonathan Snelgrove

"Hi everyone! My name is Jonathan Snelgrove. I am a junior double-majoring in Management - Organizational Leadership & Marketing - Professional Sales.

In addition to the COB Social Media Team, I am actively involved in multiple Registered Student Organizations (RSO) within the College of Business. I currently serve as the Vice President for Business Week, and am a member in Phi Gamma Nu, Sales Excellence Academy, and Beta Gamma Sigma. Getting involved early in COB RSOs was undoubtedly the best decision of my college career.

Outside of class and working as an Admissions Ambassador for the ISU Office of Admissions, I enjoy running, hanging out with friends, and playing pickleball. 

I’m excited to be part of the social media team and look forward to showcasing all the great things happening in the ISU College of Business.
